Our amazing in-house chandler, B, will lead you through the art of candle making, explore fragrances with you, and assist in creating two custom candles. Your candles will be left to set overnight and will be available for pick-up as early as 10 am the next day. If you're not local, don't worry! We offer flat-rate shipping for your candles. During the workshop, we provide glassware, bottle openers, and water, plus participants receive a 15% discount in-store on the workshop day. Bring along some bubbly or your favorite brews, and join us in our workshop!

AGE LIMITATIONS

Workshops at Mercy Goods are primarily designed for adults aged 14 and above.

Due to the nature of our candle workshops involving high temperatures and being BYOB, we aim to maintain an adult-friendly environment.

PUNCTUALITY

We understand that delays happen. If you anticipate being late, please give us a call ahead of time to inform us.

Classes typically last for 1.5 hours, and we prefer not to start without you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Contact us at least 48 hours (two days) in advance for cancellations, and we can assist you in rescheduling or issue a refund.

For cancellations within 48 hours (two days), we offer the option to reschedule or provide a gift card/class credit equivalent to the class fee.

CHANGING CLASS DATES

Should you need to change your workshop date, you can easily reschedule through your confirmation email before the class begins.

CANDLE PICK-UP

The candles crafted in the workshop will cure overnight at Mercy Goods and will be ready for pick-up the following day.

We will hold your candles for one week after the workshop, so please arrange to collect them before the week ends.
