Mercy Goods mentoring goes beyond programs and paychecks. Young people gain a consistent adult who listens, encourages growth, and helps connect the work they are doing today to what comes next.
It is not a lecture or another class. It is someone who keeps showing up, working beside them, asking good questions, and helping them see more possibilities for their future.

Every employee is paired with a mentor, 1:1, every two weeks. The consistency is what makes everything else stick.
